As the  driving force behind our esteemed law firm,  Bill Graham  serves as the Managing Partner for Akomea & Associates, bringing his expertise, vision and leadership to every aspect of our practice.

With a Bachelor of Laws ( LLB) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana, a Qualifying Certificate ( BL) from the Ghana School of Law, a Master of Laws( LLM) and a Master of Business Law (MBL) from Freie University, Berlin, Germany, Bill brings his indepth knowledge in law to bare in handling clients' cases as well as training Assciate Lawyers of the firm. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Internattional Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at the Europa University, Viadrina, Frankfurt Oder, Germany.

Bill Graham was called to the Ghana Bar in 2012. He is a lecturer at Central University, Ghana, where he teaches Commercial Law, Immovable Property Law, Criminal Law and Jurisprudence. 

 Mr Akomea proactively manages the firm whiles passionately coaching pupils and junior lawyers of the firm in hand representing clients in a wide range of legal matters.

He was previously a Lecturer at  Faith Professional College, Kumasi, Ghana and  KNUSTFORD University College, Ghana.

He has built a wealth of experience from working with top law firms and organisations such as Cleary, Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Cologne, Germany, Excellence Law Consult, Kumasi, Ghana, Ankobea Law Centre, Sunyani, Ghana and the Center for Human Rights and Administrative Justice, Kumasi, Ghana.

Serving in Managerial roles in organisations such as Plight of the Child International, AIESEC Ghana and serving on boards of companies , educational and health institutions has afforded Bill Graham with in-depth understanding and experience in the corporate environment of Ghana.

Bill has amassed great experience and expertise in different fields of Law.

Bill Graham has an LLM in International and European Business and Competition Law. He specialised in Energy and Business Regulatory Law.

With a comprehensive understanding of Competition/ Anti Trust Law, Employment, Labour and Immigration Law, Dispute Resolution, Energy and Telecommunicatoin Regulation, Criminal Law Litigation, Corporate Law, M&A and Tax law, Family Law Practice and Immovable Property Law Practice, Bill offers strategic counsel and representation to individuals, businesses, and organizations facing a myriad of legal challenges, ensuring that  clients receive the highest caliber of legal guidance tailored to their unique needs and objectives.
