Associate Lawyer

Kwaku is a lawyer with a background in civil engineering, specializing in civil litigation, mining and natural resource law,  immovable properties law , contracts law, corporate law and Arbitration.

Kwaku demonstrates in-depth expertise in structuring, negotiating, and advising clients across diverse legal domains, employing strategic and analytical approaches to achieve his goal.

As a professional engineer and a leader in supply chain management, Kwaku has expertise in procurement, project, and operations management for clients in the mining and oil and gas industry.

He holds a qualifying certificate from the Ghana School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the Central University, Ghana, a BSC in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Kumasi, Ghana, MSC Supply Chain Management from Coventry University, United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, Ghana and a Certificate in Negotiation Skills from CIPS.

Kwaku joined our firm in November, 2023 as a pupil after being called to the Bar.
